"Great Product and Customer Care"
I got myself a browband that was crafted beautifully in the colors I picked. Sadly, it turned out to be a bit small, so I needed to send it back for a bigger size. Now, I've got my larger browband, and it looks fantastic. I'm really happy with the quality of the item and the service I received from Treehouse.

"Amazing support from the team"
I purchased a coat as a Christmas gift at the London International Horse Show, but it had a broken zip. I was worried about the hassle of getting it replaced since there’s no shop nearby. I reached out to Treehouse, and let me tell you, the service and the returns/replacement process were super quick. Now, the Christmas present is all set for its debut! Appreciate your assistance!

"Awesome support from the team"
The staff really knew their stuff and showed me how to swap out the gas cylinder on the air vest. Once I got back home, I noticed the saddle strap was gone. I called them up, and they shipped it right away; I got it the very next day. I’ll surely be back for more.

"Top-Notch Customer Support"
Top-Notch Customer Support. I placed an order on Amazon with Treehouse as the seller. The next day, they called me to say they were out of stock in the size I needed and promptly refunded my money. A few days later, they reached out again to let me know they found the item in the right size and asked if I wanted to reorder. They even skipped Amazon and processed the payment directly, shipping the package almost right away, which arrived the next day. Honestly, I’m really impressed with how they handled everything and their care for a new customer. I’d definitely recommend them!

"Quick Delivery"
I just got a Gallop neck cover from Treehouse. I haven't put it on the horse yet, but I'm happy with it up to this point. The items were sent out quickly, Treehouse kept me updated on the delivery, and everything was nicely packaged and showed up in great shape. This is my first order with them, and I'm really satisfied with the service.

"Fantastic shopping adventure!"
We had an awesome experience with Charlie at HOYS while picking up our daughter's body protector and a new hat for racing college. We were eager to shop with you again, but this time online since we’re a bit too far away to drop by. "Delivery took too long and cost too much"
I came across some track breeches that were cheaper than what I found elsewhere, so I placed my order on Friday night and forked out almost £10 for Royal Mail to get them to me by Monday. But guess what? Nothing showed up, and the tracking number they gave me was wrong. £9.52 for a two-day delivery is just ridiculous, especially when it doesn’t even arrive on time. Usually, Treehouse does a solid job, and I've had plenty of good experiences before, but this time, I was really let down.

"Awesome experience with Tree House"
Had an awesome experience with Tree House. They were the only ones willing to whip up my racesafe custom back protector in time for Christmas, while other places were throwing out crazy timelines. The product showed up sooner than I thought and was wrapped up nicely. I'm thrilled! No doubt I'll be going back to Tree House again!! A very satisfied customer.

"Great Feedback"
I’m giving it 4 stars just 'cause I didn’t end up needing it for my pup’s paw. The grass seed came out after a few baths with salt water. Fingers crossed I won’t have to use it. The main reason I chose this brand was the awesome reviews I saw before I placed my order. Delivery was quick, ordering was a breeze, and the instructions on the back of the product were super clear.

"Needed a new jockey skull cap..."
I was on the hunt for a fresh jockey skull cap. Some of the newer styles fit a bit differently than the older ones. Treehouse provided excellent advice on sizing and managed to get me the hat I needed when many other places couldn't. "Top-notch service all the way!"
My daughter snapped the zipper on her body protector Wednesday night. We needed a replacement for jumping on Saturday. Once we figured out it couldn't be fixed, we were in a bit of a bind for a new one. I rang up Treehouse Thursday morning, and they had it in stock. I placed an order online with express shipping, and the new body protector showed up within a day of ordering. Just awesome service, thanks a bunch, especially during lockdown—truly impressive!
